i placed an order for 2 bday baskets on 3/17 at 1:24p eastern, selected a delivery date for 3/24 and was informed that most orders are "DELIVERED" in 3 business days if placed before 2pm eastern. hazeltons sent 2 emails the morning of 3/20 to say my baskets had shipped and were "on the way". when i called my mother and sister to wish them happy birthday today i was mortified to hear the baskets had not arrived. guess what, they were not even shipped until yesterday (3/23). the hazelton emails lied. i contacted customer support and can't get past a bot fixated on asking for my order no., even though i've provided it multiple times. after this experience i've done research on this company and it turns out they are a subsidiary of a bigger company that has been called out for scams
