This company is engaging in fraudulent practices. After placing an order, my goods were never delivered. Customer service has completely ignored my emails—I've sent five without any response. They provided tracking numbers that don’t exist, resulting in lost money and a total disregard for customer concerns. This company should be banned from operating online. I lost €250 on a chair... Stay far away from this company.
