Spent 161 euro for a chair and after only 2 months is broken, the "Memory foam cushion" is dead and the mechanism to recline the chair is broken. Tried to contact the company and offered me a 30% refund, gently declined.

Extremely let down by this chair.

I am very disappointed with this chair. I spent days looking for a suitable option for my height (6’2), and this one claimed it could support me. Unfortunately, it’s uncomfortable due to the hard plastic edge at the back. I stripped the bolts during assembly and when I attempted to return it, I was informed that a refund wouldn’t be possible unless I could send it back. Additionally, the customer support takes an eternity to respond. Also, it seems they remove all negative reviews from their website, including mine.

Fraudulent activity, after placing an order, the goods were never delivered, and the support team completely ignores emails—five have been sent. They issue fake tracking numbers that do not exist, resulting in a loss of money and a total lack of customer care. This service should be banned from the internet and advertising platforms. I lost €250 on a chair... Stay away from this service at all costs.

Fraudulent Practices

This company is engaging in fraudulent practices. After placing an order, my goods were never delivered. Customer service has completely ignored my emails—I've sent five without any response. They provided tracking numbers that don’t exist, resulting in lost money and a total disregard for customer concerns. This company should be banned from operating online. I lost €250 on a chair... I need to clarify that I have limited mobility and require assistance to get into my chair. Regret Not Checking Reviews First

I wish I had looked for reviews beforehand! You can’t leave negative feedback on their site without verifying through a suspicious link that appears to be malware! The chair does not match the description—it's flimsy, uncomfortable, and has incorrect armrests. I just spent £500 on a chair that should cost significantly less. I can’t find a way to return it, and my emails are bouncing back.
