The staff need better training. The shelves were empty, and the employees were too busy chatting to assist. When I asked for chicken to be cut, I was told it would take 20 minutes as they prioritized restocking. I typically spend around £50-60 each visit, but I couldn't wait and ended up walking away. Although the prices are higher than a halal butcher, I prefer convenience but cannot tolerate laziness.
