I bought a whole chicken from a local store, but they had relabeled expired chicken. An employee once warned me about this practice, and the chicken I received was in poor condition, looking neither fresh nor firm. The color was significantly darker than it should be, yet they sold it at full price. The staff should be ashamed, and the owners need to pay attention to customer feedback to improve their services, as they are risking people's health by selling expired meat.

When I asked for chicken to be cut, I was told it would take 20 minutes as they prioritized restocking. I typically spend around £50-60 each visit, but I couldn't wait and ended up walking away. Although the prices are higher than a halal butcher, I prefer convenience but cannot tolerate laziness.
