I went to the local branch after my account was frozen while I was abroad. I asked to have it reopened, and the branch manager assured me it would be done in three days. After waiting for seventeen days, I returned only to find out the account was still not reopened. Instead, I was rudely told to close the account. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, leaving me no choice but to close my account. I also contacted customer support, who promised a response within three days, but I never heard back. I hope the bank addresses these issues and improves their customer service.
