Disappointing service after many years as a customer

I had a very frustrating experience as a loyal customer for the past ten years. After changing my mobile phone, I faced biometric verification issues and have been trying to resolve them for ten days. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer care, my issue remains unsolved. I am very disappointed and plan to switch to another bank when I return.
