I had a very disappointing experience with Habib Bank Limited. I visited the branch multiple times for a simple account and ATM card process, but the staff was extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. Every time I was given a different reason and no clear guidance.
Even after being told that my account was opened and the card would be delivered within a week, nothing arrived. When I followed up after a month, I was informed that the card was not even issued due to “some internal reason” — without any proper explanation.
The staff behavior was careless and dismissive. Instead of assisting properly, they made the process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Very poor customer service and lack of accountability. Definitely not the experience I expected from a reputed bank
