Dear concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor and unprofessional customer service I experienced at your HBL branch located on Peshawar Road.
I visited the branch with the intention of opening a company account, as well as discussing my existing salary account.(Check the attachment )However, I was disappointed to find that the staff present refused to assist me, stating that it was their break time (around 4:45 PM) and asked me to return later. Despite explaining the urgency of my request and informing them that I also have multiple employees who would be opening accounts with your branch, my request was disregarded.
Such behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects a lack of customer commitment. It is unacceptable for a reputed bank like HBL to deny service to customers during working hours due to internal timing preferences. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and has raised serious concerns about the quality of service being provided at this branch.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the responsible staff and inform me as well... Additionally, I expect assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.
If this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will be compelled to pursue this issue through legal channels.
