Volume Levels Between Content and Ads Are Inconsistent

I've recently started using a streaming service for shows. My main issue is the drastic difference in volume when switching between the movie and ads. I usually set my headset volume around 30, but for movies, I have to crank it up to 60 or even 80 to catch the dialogue. Then, when an ad comes on, the volume is extremely loud, forcing me to quickly lower it back to 30. This is not only frustrating but also a concern for hearing safety. Additionally, the video player often loses its place after an ad, making me rewatch scenes from much earlier in the movie. It feels like the player forgets where it was.
