Difficulties with Resubscribing

I attempted to resubscribe through the website, and it turned into a frustrating experience. I kept receiving messages stating I couldn't change my plan. When I tried the chat support for assistance, I got nowhere, as there was no option for the issue I faced, and I couldn’t reach a real person. I have to wonder how this service remains operational with such poor support.
