This is my 2nd hb tower ladder. I have the 3 step we wanted a 5 step. Opened and inspected the Entire box- NO HARDWARE/SCREWS TO ATTACH THE HANDLES OR TRAY. I CALLED THEM ALL DAY- BUSY SIGNAL, 2 EMAILS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PACKAGING THAT LEFT OUT HARDWARE. I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYMORE
