I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder.They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries. Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.
