I really dislike companies that aren't upfront about price increases. Everything in the media at the moment states a premium increase of 4.96%. If you go to the website it states an average of 4.96%.Then you get your policy information and the reality is my premium has gone up 6.2%. Total BS. As a not for profit organisation, put the range on your website and not provide a vague average amount. Be upfront about it.HCF is not required to disclose individual executive pay in the same manner as companies like Medibank or NIB, which have their CEO pay disclosed. HCF has previously stated that its remuneration is designed to attract top talent while maintaining a sustainable, market-based framework. If you've got nothing to hide, how about you disclose that information? Why don't you attempt to keep your customer base while reducing the salaries of the pencil pushers? I'm struggling to keep my cover as a single parent. So disappointed with your lack of disclosure.
