We enjoyed the vendors and the speakers very much. All expressed the importance of having a detail plan for the process whenever taking the step of using AI.However, since the functions and changes are so new, there was not as much as I was hoping to hear on implementation success, advice, and uses. Seemingly just more focused on process improvement and how they intend to utalize AI. which was beneficial and intend to use back home, but much more appreciated speaking with the attended vendors and am excited to speak more with them as we to begin to make the changes in our processes and department.
This was my first experience with HCI, so I was not quite sure what to expect. The conference was well thought-out, with nice post-session events and intentional networking opportunities. There was a good variety of speakers with different perspectives. I really enjoyed the more intimate experience and interactive workshops on day 1. If you are on the fence about attending a future HCI event, take the leap. It was well worth it!
Overall, the conference was a well-coordinated and valuable experience. The organizers did a great job bringing in engaging speakers and creating meaningful networking opportunities throughout the event.I would give the even 5 stars if all sessions had clear, actionable takeaways. Additionally, the Epcot dinner was nice, but there wasn’t enough seating to accommodate all attendees.

It was a joy to meet and engage with so many like-minded professionals.Every detail of the conference was thoughtfully planned; the schedule was well-organized, the venue was top-notch, and the participants were all highly enthusiastic. I highly recommend the HR Spark conference to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and network within the HR field. Kudos to HCI for hosting such a remarkable event!
