This has been a great source for SHRM/HRCI credits AND for my professional development. I have watched many great webcasts from HCI. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is that some of the webcasts have had content that leans more towards sales pitch than meaningful learning. The number of webcasts with valuable content well outweighs the others though.
