Ordered a furnace on 12/2 to be delivered 12/4, it never arrived. I called and was told it was an issue finding a shipper. I cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere because I needed to have heat. On 12/9 my account was charged! On 12/12 I called to inquire and was told it would be back in my account in 10 days. It has been a month and I still haven’t been reimbursed. Customer service should be able to handle this in a few minutes, but today I was told that it would be 48 hours before I know the status of my return? It feels like there is no communication between the warehouse and the order processing center. They have tied up over 1000.00 of mine and cannot tell me why or when it will be returned.
