I recently used HD Surveys for a level 2 home survey. They have been brilliant from start to finish. The booking part was very simple and the office staff (Michelle) I spoke to a couple of times was incredibly helpful with a few queries that I had. William carried out the survey and a day after the survey he called me to provide a summary of key points.
