Booking was really easy they contacted me back on the same day as enquiry. They contacted the estate agents to book the appointment the same day. The survey was thorough and the report was back to us within a week. The report was easy to read and very detailed I would definitely recommend this company
Franchesca was very thorough for my level two homebuyer survey. She called me immediately after completing it providing a verbal report and then in less than five working days a thorough written report was completed and included pictures.
