Great Service and Great Price. The surveyor called me on the day (post survey) to let me know his findings which was really helpful. This call not only confirmed the areas that I was aware needed attention but also a couple I had not noticed. He also gave me the reassurance I needed that other than the repairs already noted and advised there was nothing structural that was of major concern. The full RCIS Level 2 Survey arrived a few days later which provided the full information I needed giving me the confidence to proceed with the purchase.
