I ordered on December 27, thinking it was an Australian company, but the product wasn’t shipped until January 5. I later found out it was coming from overseas. This was meant to be a gift and is now very late. It’s misleading to claim to be a small family-owned company in Australia when the product isn’t in stock and ships directly from elsewhere.
