I recently bought a headache cap for my spouse. While the delivery was slow and the first one arrived damaged, I reached out via email and received a prompt call back with a replacement on the way. The second one has been effective for my wife. The outstanding customer service has truly impressed me, in addition to the product's effectiveness.
I ordered on December 27, thinking it was an Australian company, but the product wasn’t shipped until January 5. I later found out it was coming from overseas. This was meant to be a gift and is now very late. It’s misleading to claim to be a small family-owned company in Australia when the product isn’t in stock and ships directly from elsewhere.
