I placed an order for an instrument from this company and received shipping information, so everything seemed fine. However, the item never arrived. I contacted the support team, and they assured me of a refund and suggested I reorder (which I did). Unfortunately, the same issue happened again. It's been nearly a year of fighting with these scammers to either receive the instrument or get my money back. Their money remains with them, and I have made no progress with customer support. This service is a complete SCAM!!! If I could give these individuals a rating lower than 1/5 stars, I would. Honestly, I think law enforcement should investigate this place, as it appears many people have been scammed out of their money trying to make a purchase here.
