Disappointing support experience. I received a set of tuning forks and was not happy with them. After using them, they lost their vibrations very quickly and produced no sound. I reached out to the support team, and although they provided some tips, they initially agreed to start the return process if I remained unsatisfied, which I was. However, they later retracted that agreement and continued to delay the return. I cannot recommend buying anything from this service.
I ordered an instrument from the company and got shipping details, so everything seemed normal. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. I reached out to the support team, who promised a refund and suggested I reorder, which I did. The same issue happened again. Almost a year has passed, and I'm still trying to either get the instrument or my money back. Their funds are still with them, and my attempts to resolve this with customer support have been fruitless. This service feels like a complete scam! If I could rate them lower than 1/5 stars, I absolutely would. Honestly, I think law enforcement should look into this situation, as it seems many others have been scammed as well.

Customer support is excellent and quick to respond, and shipping was relatively fast. However, I rated it 2 stars because I did not receive my free sound healing guide and carrying bag. They did send the tuning book guide via PDF. The packaging was poor; the tuning forks weren't secured. They couldn’t send the carrying bag as it was out of stock. The quality of the tuning forks is okay, but some arrived scratched, and their longevity varies, lasting no more than 10 seconds. I had to keep striking them, which is fine, but their website claimed the sound would be long-lasting. Additionally, two tuning forks were mislabeled with incorrect information. Overall, I'm excited to use my new tuning forks, but I'm disappointed with several aspects.
This is my third order, and I finally decided to write a review. The gong is amazing; I purchased a 36-inch one, and it was the best choice I made. I can feel the vibrations throughout my body when I play it. The alchemy bowls are also of high quality, producing pure sound! I’ve been using them for 2 years, and they still sound as good as new. My clients always compliment them. I also ordered a full set of tuning forks, my first order, and I was initially worried about their accuracy, but upon receiving them, I found they were perfectly tuned. I will definitely order more tools in the future and always recommend this store to friends and clients.
I ordered the Chakra set, which is my first purchase of tuning forks. I am very impressed with the quality of the forks and the vibrations and sounds they produce. The set exceeded my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend getting a set for yourself.
I ordered tuning forks in late October, ensuring the company was US-based as stated on their site. However, my forks were shipped from China, and I immediately tried to cancel. I received 56 automated email responses from an AI and couldn’t reach a human. The phone number listed is out of service. Three weeks later, they provided a Chinese return address. The day after I ordered, I received an unauthorized charge from a Chinese company. This site is a scam. Please note that the representative mentioned is not a real person. I repeatedly asked for a phone number or a way to speak to someone. I refuse to pay for a return to China. It should be clear on the site that items ship internationally and that returns are also international. My initial inquiry coincided with the shipment tracking, but the AI agent ignored it. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. This service is not legitimate.
