I received 56 automated email responses from an AI and couldn’t reach a human. The phone number listed is out of service. Three weeks later, they provided a Chinese return address. The day after I ordered, I received an unauthorized charge from a Chinese company. This site is a scam. Please note that the representative mentioned is not a real person. I repeatedly asked for a phone number or a way to speak to someone. I refuse to pay for a return to China. It should be clear on the site that items ship internationally and that returns are also international. My initial inquiry coincided with the shipment tracking, but the AI agent ignored it. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. This service is not legitimate.
