I have a good experience with healing sounds, though their delivery could take awhile, but Emma respond to my queries when I sent her an email in regard to resizing of the bracelet that I purchased. I have read up reviews that some customers had a few bumps and also a bad experiences with healing sounds, but to be fair to them(healing sounds) for me, it was a pleasant one.
