I placed 2 orders of tuning forks from Healing Sounds on January 17, 2025 totaling $240. The website stated that the items would be shipped in 7-12 business days. After several email correspondences and a request to cancel my purchase, they ignored my cancelation request and kept insisting that the order was on its way. The items were delivered February 27 after the class I had paid to attend was over. The delivery did not contain the activator puck that I ordered and all but 1 of the forks are off frequency, most more than 1hz.Very, very disappointed.
