I submitted my order on 1/20/2025 and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Nothing happened, nothing was delivered. I sent an email for a status update in early March and that was when my order finally shipped. I received my order 7-12 days later mid-March 2025. The tracking information they initially sent was useless. Anytime you clicked on the tracking number it led you to a useless screen with no information. I don't recommend this company.
