Tracking never updated. When I contact customer service they apologize and give canned excuses. Reading on here, it's the same 'Emma' bot. I'm so disappointed. I'm going through my CC to try to get a refund now. Ordered Feb 11/25. It's now Mar 24/25. Website looks legit, now I'm realizing that those reviews are fake :(
