Back in January 2025 I ordered a lyre. It arrived with cosmetic damages(pieces busted off). And when I reached out asking for either a replacement or a refund. They said they’ll send a replacement. With no tracking info, no extra responses from their help lines, and nothing else. I assumed that was that and that I got shafted. Today June 2025. The replacement has arrived . . . With the exact same cosmetic damage but now on the left rather than the right side.
