Complete and utter scam. £300 they have had of my hard earned money and no goods sent at all. They do not send out orders in 7-12 days, when email supposed customer service it takes a while then receive a reply telling you to be patient your order has gone to their logistics company (not named and no tracking information provided). No name on the email or other contact information. Not a legitimate company. Requested full refund and will be pursing them legally for fraud. Scammers, do not use or trust this website. Appears real but is not. Update 15/2/25After several emails requesting Healing Sounds to give their address, contact number and name of who is sending the email replies they have continually completely ignored my request and will not provide information asked for. They have sent a fake tracking number for Yun Express, the tracking number does not exist when put into Yun Express website. They keep sending emails thanking me for my patience. I do not believe my items have been shipped (no evidence whatsoever of this) and they are far from ‘transparent’ as they claim to be. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund to no avail. Happy to provide FULL evidence of my orders and correspondence to Trust Pilot customer services but not willing to send all of my details to this company again until they have provided their full contact information as requested.
