I ordered an instrument from the company and got shipping details, so everything seemed normal. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. I reached out to the support team, who promised a refund and suggested I reorder, which I did. The same issue happened again. Almost a year has passed, and I'm still trying to either get the instrument or my money back. Their funds are still with them, and my attempts to resolve this with customer support have been fruitless. This service feels like a complete scam! If I could rate them lower than 1/5 stars, I absolutely would. Honestly, I think law enforcement should look into this situation, as it seems many others have been scammed as well.
