Disappointing support experience. I received a set of tuning forks and was not happy with them. After using them, they lost their vibrations very quickly and produced no sound. I reached out to the support team, and although they provided some tips, they initially agreed to start the return process if I remained unsatisfied, which I was. However, they later retracted that agreement and continued to delay the return. I cannot recommend buying anything from this service.
