I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. My experience hasn't been good.Their website offers free shipping (5-7 business days). However, they ship from China and when the tracking link they sent me didn't work, they told me it takes up to 16 days to receive an order.The tracking link never worked but eventually, the package arrived. They ship glass bottles in heavy duty bubble wrap and a polymailer. The package was rather squashed. One of the glass eyedroppers was broken.The oil bottles have no safety seal, which makes me uncomfortable. The booklet is an e-booklet, not a physical copy as shown in the picture. An item that was supposed to be included was not. I've contacted Healo multiple times, asking for the missing item, but they refuse to respond. They did send me the e-booklet when I asked why it wasn't in my order. I don't plan to open it because I don't trust this company.I ordered castor oil from Amazon and felt the quality was much higher (and way cheaper). I do like the abdominal wrap although the other body wraps don't come with the cotton liners (which I think is odd).
