I ordered a product pack that was supposed to include a bottle of organic castor oil, which came with a free item. Additionally, the package was meant to contain a belly wrap, two breast pads, and a neck strap for the thyroid, all of which were packaged very well. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed the belly wrap was missing. I reached out to the company about this issue, but it has been nearly two weeks and I haven't received any response. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but the phone line just rings, and there's no voicemail option. As a result, I’m left with a product that I cannot use. I attempted to submit a return request again, but dealing with this company has been frustrating. I would have been better off ordering a belly strap and organic castor oil from Amazon, as I would have received it in two days and had no issues with returns or customer service. I really think this company is not worth the hassle, so I would advise others not to waste their money or time.
