The service was truly inadequate. I called three times, but the line dropped after the initial message, likely due to understaffing. Eventually, I spoke to someone who could only suggest breathing techniques, while I urgently needed to discuss acute suicidal thoughts, which heightened my panic. I had already been informed that a counsellor would be assigned to me, but there has been no follow-up during this time. I feel completely out of options as the representative was unhelpful.
