I truly wish I could give this service zero stars. I urge everyone to steer clear! I've been attempting to close my account for over a month, and it's been an impossible task. I call weekly for updates, only to receive conflicting information. I was promised a passkey that never came, and after linking my account to my bank, the situation changed entirely. They continue to charge me maintenance fees. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and am following their steps for resolution, but this feels like a scam. A terrible experience! Please do your research if this is offered by your employer.
