I wish I could rate this service with zero stars. Please avoid it! I have been trying to close my account for over a month, but it has been impossible. I call weekly for updates, only to receive conflicting information. A promised passkey never arrived, and linking my account to my bank changed everything. They continue to charge maintenance fees. I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and am following their guidance for resolution, but this service feels like a scam. A terrible experience! Please do your research if this is offered through your employer.
