I posted a review about a provider but later chose to delete it due to its negative nature. When I attempted to remove it via my profile, the option failed to function. I searched for customer support and found none available for patients. The ability to remove a review seems to be a false promise, making it impossible for patients to retract or alter their feedback. This lack of accessibility is detrimental for both patients and providers, as negative reviews can linger despite attempts to remove them. This glitch persists without a way to report it.
