I use Healthgrades to review all providers I’ve seen, which as a chronically ill person without a diagnosis is A LOT. Whether my experience is positive, neutral, or negative, I always share to help other potential patients. For providers I have left negative reviews for, there is always an influx of 5-stars reviews with little substance, maybe 2-5 generic words. “Very good” “excellent provider”. For providers I have left positive reviews for, there aren’t an abundance of generic 5-stars posted after mine. How can this be allowed? It’s frustrating and invalidating to have my actual experience drowned out by fake 5-stars reviews.
