I accidentally missed one digit on my phone number for verification of my account on my last sign in attempt. Healthgrades will not let me correct it and their “Help Center” requires me to sign in and keeps sending verification code to the incorrect number. I’ve tried all of their help sites, cannot chat and they do not have a help telephone number. Their website is useless now and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. I give their site an F- because one incorrect digit locked me out permanently and no help is forthcoming.
