This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Healthians.com. I had booked a test for a 78-year-old lady who was fasting since early morning for a 7:30 AM appointment. The sample collector not only failed to show up but also didn’t bother to answer a single call despite repeated attempts. I called multiple times, but he kept ignoring my calls. This is completely irresponsible and shows zero professionalism.To make things worse, when I reached out to the customer care helpline, every single person I spoke to either kept me on hold or dodged my questions. Not one of them gave me a clear answer or even tried to resolve the issue. It felt like no one cared.This is absolutely shameful service. Healthians.com, you should be embarrassed. I’ve booked many tests through your platform before, but after this pathetic experience, I’ve completely lost trust in you. You made an elderly woman suffer needlessly due to your negligence. Never expected such unprofessional and careless behavior.
