The quality of service has significantly declined, particularly regarding sample collection procedures. On 12 January, there was no sample collector assigned despite having a confirmed appointment, leading to a forced reschedule to 13 January. On 13 January, although a collector reached out to confirm the location, I was incorrectly noted as “customer did not pick up the call,” resulting in the cancellation of the assignment. This indicates a serious failure in process integrity and professionalism. Such behavior is unacceptable for a healthcare service provider and requires immediate corrective measures.

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate organization or just poorly managed. After booking online, I received multiple calls suggesting I cancel my tests for a cheaper rate. There seems to be a lack of accountability. This will definitely be my last time.
