The first order took three weeks to arrive, and I hadn't planned on subscribing. Then, today (12/14), I received another shipment.
I tried to reach out to them, but I don't have access to their website, even though they have my email. When attempting a password recovery, I didn't receive an email with a reset link. Their online chat indicated that agents were available, but no one responded.
I sent an email to the address listed in the original order confirmation and allowed 24 hours for a reply. If I don’t hear back, I will pursue a chargeback.
This feels very scammy and untrustworthy.
