Review Time
I ordered BPC-157 on 2/4 and received it on 2/28. I paid ~$211. The declared value for US customs was about $30. I don’t believe it is possible to make 3 bottles of BPC-157 for that price.
I have ordered from Healthletic four times. The first time, after nearly a month wait, I canceled the order. There was NO communication prior to mine regarding a shipping delay.
The second time, the product did arrive after about two weeks. There is no notification from the company when the order ships or tracking number UNLESS you reach out first.
Shortly after the second purchase, the company sent an email addressing concerns customers had about long wait times. They promised that US orders would arrive within a few days. That order took two weeks.
My most recent order took exactly one month to arrive. Two weeks after the order was placed, I emailed asking for a tracking number. The order still had not shipped and they promised me a 5% discount. Today, I was charged not only the full price but also an International Transaction fee... this despite the fact it is supposed to ship domestically from the US.
Customer service and support were amazing! I call it 'old school' customer support- quick, polite, efficient and solution oriented. They heard my questions attentively and were able to find the resolve I needed, and took the time to confirm the desired outcome. Will definately order products from this company again!
If I could give a 0 I would. My order was held up at customs and apparently not labeled correctly. It was seized and my global entry was revoked. I work for the airlines so this is a very big deal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
The website was tricky to navigate. They tried to push the subscription. I hadn’t heard anything then I got a tracking number that showed the shipment was in Lithuania. The next day the message was gone. Not in my e-mail, trash or anywhere. Oh well, I’ll wait a while longer.
like many others money lost. ordered product with stipulation it would be 2-4 day shipping via usps. a month later told its stuck in customs and they cant refund until the product is known to be lost
I selected this service due to their advertised delivery guarantee, but they did not fulfill my order. I have not received a replacement or any resolution despite reaching out to them. Additionally, I was charged twice for the same order. To date, I have received neither the product nor a refund. This has been a very disappointing experience, far from what I anticipated from a provider that claims to ensure delivery.
The first order took three weeks to arrive, and I hadn't planned on subscribing. Then, today (12/14), I received another shipment.
I tried to reach out to them, but I don't have access to their website, even though they have my email. When attempting a password recovery, I didn't receive an email with a reset link. Their online chat indicated that agents were available, but no one responded.
I sent an email to the address listed in the original order confirmation and allowed 24 hours for a reply. If I don’t hear back, I will pursue a chargeback.
This feels very scammy and untrustworthy.
