I have ordered from Healthletic four times. The first time, after nearly a month wait, I canceled the order. There was NO communication prior to mine regarding a shipping delay.
The second time, the product did arrive after about two weeks. There is no notification from the company when the order ships or tracking number UNLESS you reach out first.
Shortly after the second purchase, the company sent an email addressing concerns customers had about long wait times. They promised that US orders would arrive within a few days. That order took two weeks.
My most recent order took exactly one month to arrive. Two weeks after the order was placed, I emailed asking for a tracking number. The order still had not shipped and they promised me a 5% discount. Today, I was charged not only the full price but also an International Transaction fee... this despite the fact it is supposed to ship domestically from the US.
