I wanted to give it zero stars but wouldn't let me. They have taken £20 out of my bank account but have no ticket for this. I cancelled my DD weeks ago yet they have still taken the money. I would have let it go this time but like I said I have NO ticket to show for this amount. I have emailed them no reply. Used X and no reply. Worst company to deal with and cancelling my account once tonight's lotto drawn. Never win anything anyway. So good riddance
