I'm delighted with my sauna! This is my second one, and I can't imagine living without it. It's incredibly soothing and refreshing. There's nothing better after a workout or on a cold day. The assistance I received over the phone while ordering was excellent.
We have enjoyed our sauna for a year now and absolutely love it. We ordered it on Black Friday, and our family uses it about 4 times a week. It has undoubtedly been the best investment we've made for ourselves. We appreciate the quality and performance and look forward to enjoying its benefits for years.
We use our sauna regularly. Whenever we feel under the weather, a quick session usually leaves us feeling fine the next day. We enjoy both the aroma and light therapy; it's so relaxing. This is our second sauna, as we left the last one in our previous home. Our daughter loved it too and got one for her family, allowing them to have a three-person setup. I can't prove it, but I believe the sauna helped me avoid a heart attack. Even the doctor was surprised I was alive during my stent procedure, discovering 99.9% blockage.

We truly love our sauna that we bought a couple of years ago! We chose the cedar two-seater style, and it works perfectly. The customer service was excellent in helping us choose and set it up, which was extremely easy! I would purchase again!
Our experience with the service was outstanding from the beginning. The representative was very helpful, even arranging for a smaller delivery truck to access our home. Assembly was straightforward, and the sauna has worked flawlessly since we got it (now almost a year). I would suggest clearer instructions for setting up the Bluetooth speaker connection, as the factory-assigned pin isn't mentioned in the manual.
