No delivery, no refund, and no response. I ordered a part for a pool cleaner on their website and completed payment, but after several attempts to contact them, I received NO RESPONSE. It seems they may be going out of business. I recommend avoiding this service.
Regrettably, I must give a one-star review since there's no option for zero stars. For the last five months, the company and its owner have refused to refund me for a product that was not suitable for use, which violates consumer protection laws. My repeated attempts to reach out for my refund have gone unanswered. So, be cautious: if you purchase something unsuitable and wish to return it, good luck. Dishonest and unresponsive, and I am considering legal action.

I would recommend thinking twice before using this service. I was left with a leaking pool and they now refuse to answer my calls. The installation took over two years, and they never provided a handover or maintenance instructions. An independent inspection condemned the installation, and unfortunately, this was not the first pool with defects encountered by the inspector.

The coping stones were restored beautifully, despite my concerns about their condition. They provided all options without pushing for unnecessary expensive items, which I found refreshing. They worked hard to complete everything before my guests arrived. I had previously contacted them in a panic when my pump broke, and they resolved it quickly and affordably.
