Over the years I had read articles about saunas and used them when I was in high school & college. But when I turned 47 yrs old I, like many others, became a little bit more conscientious about my long term health. After years of being an athlete, playing football, basketball as well as heavy weight lifter I discovered that an Infared sauna could help my bones, my muscles, my joints & my overall general health.
